Quirky power rockers THE JAMES WARNER PROPHECIES are set to release their debut album 'Things Change' on March 12. The trio have distilled an offbeat and adventurous sound (mirrored by their idiosyncratic look) into eleven tracks of raucous, unforgettable melody.

Lead off track 'Define' is accompanied by an awesome video, courtesy of young filmmaker Daniel James Broadley, (check it out for yourself below), and the song's insistent and dramatic melody proves a perfect taster for the album.

Produced and engineered by the band's frontman, Joe Brown, 'Things Change' expertly displays the bands energetic mix of sounds. Taking strands of pop-punk, rock and pop and forging them with powerful and honest lyrics it's an anthemic blast, with reference points from Queen to The King Blues to My Chemical Romance. Their sound also comes from  distinctly British perspective, injecting just the right amount of self-awareness and subversive humour.

Having WON 'Best EP/Single' for their 2011 EP 'Fell' at last years Pure Rawk Awards, this year they have been nominated for FOUR Awards - 'Best Band', 'Best Frontperson', 'Best Bassist' and 'Best Drummer'. The winners are announced in March, so WATCH THIS SPACE!!!

Renowned for their spectacular live show the Midlands-based trio have supported the likes of Supergrass, The King Blues, The Blockheads, Streetlight Manifesto, Go:Audio, Alabama 3 and Dreadzone and have played at numerous festivals including, amongst others, the Bearded Theory festival, Y-Not Festival, BOMFest and Glogow Festival in Poland.

A full UK Tour is planned for April….dates will follow.
