My two passions in life (other than my wife) are music and photography, which is where shooting live bands comes in.

 

I've been a fan of rock music since I first heard my dad play 'If You Want Blood ...You've Got It' in the car when I was 7, and have had a continued love for pretty much every type of rock, blues and metal for 30 years now (especial fondness for NWOBHM, Thrash, Hardcore, Punk, Industrial and Alternative Rock. Oh, and classic stuff too... basically anything with guitars and attitude).

Back in the mid-90s I was lead guitarist for Coventry-based goth band Earth Calling Angela (actually I still am, but we're a trans-Atlantic collective now - the other two members living in New Jersey and California.  We don't gig much, but the Greatest Hits cd is still available!...).

I also specialise in band promo shoots - come and bask under the glare of my strobist skills!
