If you spot a tall fella, bearing a more than passing resemblance to Dave Hunt, somewhere near a pit, scrawling notes frenetically, the chances are you've found Chop. A passionate rock fan for nearly thirty years, styles may come and go, but my tastes get ever heavier and darker. Favourite genres are thrash, death, doom, modern prog, punk, hardcore, and black metal. As well as Midlands Rocks I've also been known to write a word or two for Powerplay Magazine and Chopmusic. If you see me at a gig come up and say hello - I always love to chat about metal.
